tab order with shared notebooks

I have a few notebooks that are shared between my desktop and laptop
systems with the primary host being a share on the desktop. But it
seems that when I re-order tabs on my desktop, the laptop retains the
original order and doesn't update when sync'ed. Is that intended
functionality, and if so, any way to override?

Thanks.

1. It is "intended" because arranging the order of notebooks at the
navigation bar is only a local action

2. Think about your "requirement": do you really want any person who
shares your notebooks can rearrange YOUR order ?
