Syntax Error

I have just bought a Lexmark Pro 700 Series Printer but I have received the
following error message

Char 1
Error Syntax Error
Code 0
URL file/CDocuments%20Settings/User//Local%20Settings/Temp/DSX20.tmp

I have been told it is something to do with my Internet browser settings has
anyone any ideas ?
