synch my notebooks

I work in onenote on my tablet and on a desktop that are not networked to
eachother. I use a USB drive on the tablet. I'd like to synch it with my
notebooks on the desktop. Any way I can do this? Thanks.

Short answer:

Your "original" notebooks should reside on the USB stick. They can then
be synched to both computers by just plugging in the stick.
