Suggestions for OneNote

Hi, I've been using OneNote 2007, and I think it is a great program. I had
some suggestions for making it better:

1. for the highlighter and pen tools, when you move the cursor across the
page, it is hard to tell where the cursor actually is, and sometimes you lose
it completely. I think the cursor should be made darker or something so we
can see it on the page more easily.

2. for the tool which allows you to add extra space somewhere in the middle
of the page, allow a feature which allows you to add extra space at the point
you want even if it cuts through a picture. For example, when you add a word
document as a printout, the feature would cut the word page you inserted in
the middle, in between the lines, so you can write between the lines of the
Word page. This would be useful for students, as they can bring in some
notes from word, or powerpoint, etc, and get extra space to write new notes.
Otherwise, we have to write extra things after the Word or PPT page.

3. When you change the font color, and start typing, it writes the text in
that color. But when you then click somewhere else, it changes the font
color back to default. This should be changed.

4. When you move off of the page you were working on or viewing, then you
come back later, it doesn't remember the place on the page you were last at,
and you have to scroll back up or down to where you were.

5. allow rotation of pictures or pages you insert as printouts from other
programs

6. When you insert a bunch of pictures in as printouts, it often inserts
the last picture as the first picture

7. Have some kind of popout notes. Like have an unobstrusive icon that you
can place somewhere on the page, and when you double click on it, it opens up
into a small popup, and displays a note that you can edit.

Thanks.

If you use a Tablet PC you can write ON the printout using the pen.
