Straight to Windows after Standby?

Using XP Pro/SP3.
Using "control userpasswords2" my PC boots straight to XP bypassing Login
but I still have to click my username when resuming from Standby.
How do I get it to bypass this as well?
Can't see this option there or in Tweakui.

Click Start, Settings, and Control Panel
Click Power Options
Click the Advanced tab
Uncheck the "Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby"
option.
Click OK
