Stop Windows Installer every time I start any Office Program

Office 2007 and Windows XP Pro up to date

Two days ago, I re-installed Visio 2003 on my laptop.

Ever since then, Windows Installer attempts (every time I start any Office Program) to install
Visio 2003. I then hit Cancel twice and the install stops.

Visio 2003 was installed and works properly.

How do I stop Windows Installer from looping the Visio 2003 Install?

TIA, any thoughts appreciated!!

Well, Windows Installer is an operating system utility. Yes, Visio is related to the Office Suite.
The answer was related to the OS utility.

Or, as pointed out in the Office group:

No you did not get it. Try the following for the Visio 2003 (Windows
Installer)
