Flightless Bird
Hi all,

I am presently getting this message whenever I reboot:

Stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
I am running XP Home SP3, RAM 1.5 GHz , CPU 864 MHz and recently installed a
new Belkin wireless G Adapter ( I have the most up-to-date drivers from the
Belkin website). It appears to be working fine, but the problem started
since its installation.
Anybody know what this might be.

Thanks in advance.

You installed the new Belkin device and now you have this problem and
the Belkin device appears to be working fine? Does that mean it
lights up or something?

Okay...

When your system boots next time, start tapping the F8 key until you
get a menu of boot options.

Choose Last Known Good Configuration. This is what Windows thinks the
situation was the last time the system booted successfully.

If that doesn't do it, boot in Safe Mode with networking - somehow you
need to boot something, then figure out what is wrong and fix it.

When you get that far, we need to look at your new hardware
configuration, so supply the model number of your new Belkin stuff and
we can decide what to do next.
