Hi,
I'm using XP Home with Office 2003. I recently installed several updates to
the Office programs and also switched from Firefox browser to IE8. No other
changes were made to either software or hardware..
Now, if I attempt to put my computer in either standby or hibernate mode it
freezes at the screen which says "Preparing to Standby... "
Does anyone have an idea as to what may be causing this??
