According to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd208005(PROT.13).aspx it's
supported in Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008. Windows XP does not
have the underlying OS support for the TLS extension to support this. So,
the IE7 blog is correct, it does work in IE7 - if you have Vista.
