Does Win7 have a feature for a Slide Show when viewing a folder with
image files, similar to what XP has?

Windows XP also had an Image Resizer (TweakUI) which allowed resiizing
multiple
images from a right click drop down menu. I found a MIHA image resizer, but
it does
not appear to provide that drop menu capability.

Win7 includes Windows Media Player 12, just as Vista and WinXP had earlier
versions. And, yes, it still has a Slide Show.

Win7 also includes Windows Media Center, Paint, and Windows Photo Gallery.
But you'll probably want to download the free Windows Live Photo Gallery and
maybe Windows Live Movie Maker, parts of the Windows Live Essentials
available free at http://download.live.com - probably where you got Windows
Live Mail.

TweakUI was never a part of Windows; it was written by Microsoft employees
and made available free, but it was never officially supported by Microsoft.

Paint will resize photos - but I've never been much good at using it, so
I'll let someone else handle that question.

That IRFan is the same one that I already downloaded, and it does not
provide
that right mouse button to Resize all selected images.
