'share this nootbook' command does not work

I have tried several times from 2 of my computers to share a notebook,
existing book nor new created book will not share when I select the share
command. Does that mean I will have to reinstall Office? or just One Note?

What do you mean by "share command" ?

BTW:

It's very easy to share a notebook between 2 computers:

1. Make sure the notebook is on a place that can be reached over a
network by both computers. One alternative is a notebook located on one
computer and the other computer has shared access by Windows means.
The second alternative is a location on a 3rd computer as a "server"
which is accessable by the 2 other computers.
2. Open the notebook from the computer(s) who wants to share it over the
network.
3. Never close the notebook.
