Is there a gadget to monitor the MB, CPU, HD, etc. temps? I found one on
the gadget web site but the reviews stated it was a bait and switch to
get you to pay.

Many have reported the Aida32 works with Win 7. It works here on W2K8 R2

So you are using Windows 7. I told you that Ubuntu is worthless. Maybe you
are finally seeing the light! Good for you.

Got the answer to the question or are you just using this opportunity to
reveal your Ubuntu obsession?

So with your lack of Ubuntu postings and your new questions on Windows 7,
have you ditched that SHITTY Ubuntu? If not, you should.

It's on another machine. I like both, each for different reasons.

I understand that. On the Ubuntu machine you can watch the spinning cube.
On the Windows machine you can do real work!

Huh? If it works, it works. Since it's free, the worst
that can happen is you get a message saying it doesn't
work. It won't give false readings, it simply won't run.
You're not out any money by trying it. Go for it!

It is up to you whether you want to consider this program. It is not a
gadget but will do more or less what you want.

Gee, and I thought it was because some peoples brains were smart enough
and had enough neuron space for two OSes. While others do not.

Everest Ultimate has support for a sidebar gadget, and you can set in
preferences the items you want to display,

It is not free, but you can download the trial version and see if it
supports your needs. I myself eventually purchased it and find it very
useful for myself.

I am considering that. It's too bad they don't offer a free version like
they used to do.
