Screen saver to override default screen saver

I was given a PC with a screen save that I do not like and I don't
have the permission to change it.

I wonder if there are any screen savers software that can override the
one ins display properties screen saver ? I thinking I can run the
software in the background and it constantly reset the timer for the
screen saver in the display properties so that it won't come on but
itself has a timer which will lock and display photos that I want.

Is there anything like that availabe ?

Thanks.

Do you own the pc and can you make any changes you want to it?

I don't own the PC. I can't install programs but I know some of the
programs I can install on other machines and copy the code over and it
still works. So if I can find such a software, I can try installing
on another machine and copy the codes over.

If you don't own the PC, do not screw with it. Tell the owner and have them change the screen
saver or live with it.
Or, just turn the screen saver off. It is there only to entertain you anyway.

Just out of curiosity, why not ask the owner for permission, or to do it
for you?
