Restore Thinkpad T30 WinXP Pro with Hidden partition

I replaced a T30 Thinkpad with a new pre loaded WinXP Pro HD, I screwed up and
damaged the hidden partition.
However manage to save the I386 folder and Product key. I format the HD removed
the hidden and created "C" and "D" partitions with BartPE. Clean installed WinXP
Pro. It took over 36 hours to completed partly due to the slow USB ports.

I am having slow and frequent bootup error and would like to clean install WinXP
Pro again to original factory condition with the hidden partition and remove the
"D" partition I created. I would also like to create a bootable DVD, slipstream
the original WinXP Pro I386 (I believe SP1) to SP2, than SP3 to a bootable DVD.

Anyone can help to guide me along the way and where else I can find information
to do it? Thanks

I would ask this on:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

And I use nLite when I need to slipstream.
