Resource Manager Installed for Tablet PC Post

Tablet PC Post was designed years ago and has drifted on a different server for the past year. Integration with the rest of the rest of the network seemed impossible after trying different WordPress plugins as well as XenForo plugins.

Today, XenForo released their Resource Manager. The plugin is now available for all valid licenses. It was installed a few minutes ago on the network and I'll try to start building out Tablet PC Post with it later tonight.

For now, take a look and see the general layout structure. The options are not set for the add-on, and the route to the download area is not included in the navigation. Regardless, feel free to upload any software for a Tablet. Let's test this puppy.

Yes. There was an error in the phrase for Author which needed to be fixed as well as figuring out how to fix the download numbers and upload date. These appear to all be fixed now.
