Resizer for W7?

As within Power toys for XP is there a similar or equally good picture
resizer for use with Windows 7? Thanks

You can get a clone of the XP power toy here
http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/ that works for non-XP versions.

I have it installed on my Win7 notebook, and it works exactly like the XP
version did.
