' Your client downloads the client exe - marked on the website as ' Join a Session '. The client exe does not install any files, it's just run from the Desktop.

If there's a user at the remote machine, you can work around this by using Windows Messenger or Windows Live Messenger, and having one party request assistance. There are 3rd party remote control systems if you specifically need a remote desktop. In any case, you may also have to forward ports on at least one router. HTH -pk
