Karl, I tried the site, but the message was that it could not be found. I am
having the same problems as the others with both word and excel. Would you
have a copy of the fix? Shaney

What is necessary to add that 5 letter word at the end to complete
the sentence? Did it add anything to what you were trying to
convey?

LD55ZRA,

Is there a double standard here ? How quickly you forget. Below, I have
reproduced a response of *yours* to Michael from 31 days ago.
I'll ask you the same question you asked Michael. What is necessary to add
that 5 letter word at the end to complete the sentence? Did it add anything
to what you were trying to
convey?

Then why don't you educate them to post a fresh message on these newsgroups
moron?

There are no double standards here for the following reasons:

1) I provide solutions and only attack those who are here to waste
everybody's time including attacking my solutions without
providing their own solutions for open scrutiny;

2) the message you produced is quite clear because Michael
attacked a customer without giving him/her any solution such as
posting a fresh query etc.

3) I have not seen a single post from Michael that solves any
problems. All his messages are rude and insulting to Microsoft
Customers; I am only rude with people like Michael or MVPs who
are completely off the rail!

I hope this clarifies my position.

Michael,

I have read many of your posts and I can't say that I disagree with most of
them. In fact, many are quite humorous. Most of the time, though, I
maintain a modicum of self-restraint and don't respond because you have made
the point and there is no need to drive it home any further.

I am *long* out of college and I believe that as I get older, I become less
tolerant of many human attributes, in particular, stupidity. One thing is
for sure, you can't cure stupid. In addition, today's generation of kids
(even college age) want everything handed to them. The answer to most of
the posts submitted in these NGs could be found with a simple Google search
but nobody takes the initiative to find their own answers. It is easier to
simply ask someone and have the answer fed to them on a silver spoon
straight into their piehole.

I have read more posts from LD55ZRA than I care to admit. He is rather
arrogant at times (not that I'm not) but it is different when it comes from
some know-it-all child who has the mind of a houseplant and the mentality of
a stepped on potato chip.

Frankly, I would disagree with your assessment of me ("some righteous
warrior for morons"). Righteous warrior I'm not and morons piss me off. In
fact, I would say I'm quite the antithesis. As long as morons walk the
Earth, Darwin's theory of Natural Selection isn't happening fast enough.

People would say I have an attitude. They're right, it is called "realism".
It angers most, but honestly, they can go f themselves.

Did they break the mold after they made us ?

If I would apply appropriate logic in this situation:
I said, "...as I get older, I become less tolerant..."
You said, "... I am a bit less tolerant than you."
Therefore, you must be older than me ???

Actually, it's irrelevent.

I have listened to Ron White's standup but I have never seen him in person.
He nailed it; stupid is forever and you can't fix stupid ! I'll have to
check out his tour schedule.

Keep posting. I need something to amuse me.

Nah. I know of many in my generation that despise laziness. I've passed
this trait along to my kids.

Ike was president when I popped out.

Agreed.

Very hard to get tickets. White and Black (Lewis) usually sell out
immediately after a tour is announced. I'm lucky to have a "friend" in AC.
