I want to add my Thanks to this post; I had an issue of the fact that my
Laptop had somehow uninstalled this off my Laptop and trying to open it to
run again when I found it under Search Results. It wasn't wanting to work
till I read your tip here. Thank you SO Much for this X3

I use MS Paint a lot for Coloring in drawings I've done in Pencil on paper
and was afraid I would have to take a leave of absence from doing that to
post them on the internet at sites I post my work at. Thank you once again
for this tip ^^
