Well... we really need to know the version of Internet Explorer. Go to IE>
Help> About for version information. You may have to enable the Menu Bar or
use the Alt key to temporarily display the Menu Bar in order to access
"Help."

Which version of Windows? (Including SP level- e.g. Windows 7, Vista SP1,
XP SP2 , 32-bit, 64-bit, etc. Right-click Computer/My Computer> Properties
to obtain this information)

32-bit or 64-bit Operating System? That's displayed with the Windows version
information.
