I am not sure that this is where this message should be posted as I am not
sure under what category it should be posted. The problem I am having is
that yesterday I downloaded some pictures to a CD. When I ejected the CD a
blue window came up and said it was shutting down Windows because of a
serious problem. When the computer rebooted a white screen came up with the
following:
Active Windows Recovery. When I try to restore my Active Desk Top then I
get "Error 65" and am not allowed to restore the Active Desk Top. I have
tried to restore using System Restore to an earlier date but that doesn't
work either. I have shut down the computer, rebooted and the white screen
still appears. I can access Internet and all programs but want to restore my
Active Desk Top. Would appreciate any input and help on how to do this.
Thank you!
