Publishing entire notebook to single file web page.

Does anyone know how to publish an entire notebook to webpage format.
I need to publish the entire notebook as a single easy to navigate document
for someone without OneNote.

I think you know, that it's impossible with ON.

But some minutes ago I've tested a workaround:

1. Save all your sections as single *.mht files.
2. Read all the files into Word 2007
3. Copy and paste them together into one file.
4. Save this "notebook" with Word as one *.mht file.
5. IE is able to read this
