Hi, just purchased a computer and found the product key but it s not accepted
and says: "product key is incorrect"
I have the feeling that when it asked me to choose between trial version and
full version, I selected full and should have been trial.
Any way I can go back and re-select TRIAL? I wouldn't want to incur in the
expired trial...

If you are referring to the Product key on the case of the computer that's
the WINDOWS key, not office.
