Problem downloading Compatibility Pack for XP 2003 -

I am trying to download the Compatibility Pack for XP 2003. I have run all
of the MS updates, but when I download this it says that "another version of
this product is already installed", but I do not see another similar product.
also, I have deleted any MSXML codes per the security update. thanks

What compatibility pack for XP 2003?
Are you talking about the Office compatibility pack?

The latest Compatibility Pack is 2007 and supersedes the 2003 version. There
will probably be a 2010 version now that Office 2010 is out.
