Print Screen key no longer works

Pressing my PrtScn key no longer copies the screen or window image into the
Clipboard. Or ... sometimes, it copies a random icon or empty paragraphs.

Anyone have any idea why/how that would happen? This started happening when
I installed a new HP photo printer.

I'm running XP Professional & MS Office (2003) Professional on a Dell
Latitude laptop with a MS wireless keyboard.

The PrtSn button on the MS keyboard doesn't work (although it used to) but
the laptop keyboard does. Anyone know how I can fix this so it also works on
my external keyboard?

Press the "F Lock" key and try again.
