How can one open this model to change hard drives?

My computer has a 5,400 RPM drive, but it is not clear where to open it to changes drives.

I have purchased a 7,200 Seagate that I would like to install.

I cannot find anything on the Toshiba web site as to how to install a hard drive in the R705-P25.

Any help would be most appreciated.
