pasting album art

Flightless Bird
when I try to paste album art on albums where it didn't appear, I copy my
source picture but when I try to paste, the tab for "paste album art" doesn't
appear. I've done this before with success but since I've received updates
recently, I've been unable to do this. why?

What version of WMP and Windows? How exactly are you copying the
picture, and from which application? If you save the picture to a file
first, and then drag that file to the album, does that work?
