First, please don't confuse Outlook and Outlook Express. They are two
very different programs.

If you have a regular yahoo e-mail account, no, you can't do this. If
you have Yahoo Mail Plus, yes, you can. See

You said Outlook in your subject, and Outlook Express in the body. Decide
which one it is, then post to the experts in the appropriate newsgroup.

That's for people in the US. People elsewhere who set their preferences
accordingly (e.g., "Yahoo Asia"), can indeed configure a mail client for
POP e-mail using a "regular" Yahoo account.
