Outlook changing Email account

I send an Email from my account (is also default) and get a message from
"System Administrator": "Your message did not reach some or all of the
intended recipients" but no names are given.
When I look at message in "Sent" folder it has changed the Email account to
my wife's!
When I have been able to check, the addressee confirms that it is from me.
Is the problem in Outlook or, possibly Norton I/S?

Probably Norton - disable e-mail integration in Norton and try again.
