OT Looking for a video capture card that will work with windows 7

My AverMedia TV Studio card will not work with windows 7.
I am looking for a replacement that has the same features (PCI)
RCA phono plugs in for audio, and video
I realize this may be the wrong group to post
Appreciate any suggestions
