Office 2007 'WorkSpace' Feature

Would like to use the workspace feature which I believe requires a website.
I have a website but do not know what is required to add/upload to the site
to enable this 'workspace' Is there a detailed document on what it takes to
use the workspace feature and all the things one should be able to do once
enabled. The term suggests that there is an ability to host a real-time
meeting and share data. Somewhere I say something that suggested that either
sharepoint server or at least sharepoint services [the 3.0 download] was
involved. This is a Vista Ultimate machine and seek as much guidance as
possible. Additionally, perhaps there is some video available to assist me
with the functions. Guidance sought

Re: Office 2007 Meeting 'WorkSpace' Feature

My question has nothing to do with the free office live product. I am
referring to the MEETING WORKSPACE that exists in Microsoft Office 2007.

In Office 2007, Going to the calendar feature, clicking "NEW", then
clicking "INVITE ATTENDEES" There is a unique icon a " MEETING WORKSPACE".
When clicking on "ADDITONAL INFORMATION" There are references to "SHAREPOINT
SERVICES" I want to know how the SHAREPOINT SERVICES 3.0 DOWNLOAD will
facilitate real time meetings between myself and invitees. My interest is in
how I can make presentations such as powerpoint, MS project milestones,
alerts, tasks, resources. In other words I want to allow invitees to see
applications launched on my machine or content on a website facilitated by
the sharepoint services.

Again, I have NO interest in the OFFICE LIVE product. Any reply should
address what I have stated above. Much thanks in advance for an informed
response.
