Office 2007 language setting

Can anybody help me with the following problem...

We installed Office 2007 on a win2003 R2 SP2 (with all the latest patches)
terminal server

The default language in Office is set to Dutch and this is the same for
regional options. Problem is that everytime we install an update or patch via
Windows Update or WSUS the language in Office changes to English.

Why is that?

This has been known to happen with Terminal Server installed
