Office 2003 restore

I have a Dell Optiplex computer that came installed with Microsoft Office
2003. I installed the 60 day trial of Office 2007 last week but I did not
like it. I was told I could uninstall it at any time without disturbing my
original 2003 copy. When I uninstalled it tonight it erased my 2003 copy as
well. I tried system restore as I have misplaced my original Office 2003
installation CD and System Restore would not restore to an earlier date. What
can I do at this point and why is System Restore not working?

Thanks

Call Dell and ask them how to reinstall it. I would suggest looking for the
disk though because Dell probably won't be able to help.

BTW, you could have installed 2007 without upgrading 2003 but you have to
make sure you tell it not to upgrade your existing products.
