Obama to Nominate Denis R. McDonough as Chief of Staff

President Obama is expected to nominate Denis R. McDonough as Chief of Staff. He previously served as Deputy National Security Advisor since October 2010. Mr. McDonough was the former chief of staff to the National Security Council and also a senior policy adviser to Obama while he was a senator.
