I seem to remember Chrome supports (or will support) HTML5 and in
their implementation, they may only make Ogg vorbis and AAC audio
format available (and probably MP3)

Do you have an example URL I can test to see what's actually required
for playback of the file ? I assume you're certain there *is* audio in
this video file (how ?)
