no "send to onenote" in Windows 7 Home Premium

I just installed Office 2007 Enterprise in my Laptop ,
my OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit,
i also intall office compatibility pack, and live add in 1.3 .

but i have problem when i look in Intenet explorer and outlook there is no
icon for "send to onenote", side one note also not shown.

i have tried uninstall and reinstal but the problem persist

do anyone have the solution?

First, make sure you are using the 32 bit version of IE.

Then, if needed, click Tools \ Options \ Programs \ Manage Addons.
Is Send to OneNote listed there? If it is disabled, click the Enable button
(near the bottom).
