You really do have a unique ability to misunderstand, don't you.
The discussion is not about Unux, Mint or Windows 7. It is about Alias
and why he has now changed his preference from the once much bragged
upon Ubuntu to another, rather ho hum, operating system.
My comment was "why" and I added that I could understand a jump to one
of either the more advanced versions or to one of the more
traditional, and stable, versions, but didn't understand your
selection of just another "for the masses" version, essentially more
of the same operating system?
And what is somewhat of a give away is your deliberate (I assume)
misunderstanding of the question, thus your comment to take it tot the
Mint or Ubuntu groups.
