I installed Office Enterprise on a Windows 7 computer and every time I try to
click on the help icon, the office configuration program runs, but stops with
various errors. Most commonly, I get the following:
"Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 configuration did not complete successfully.
Error 2203. An internal error has occurred.

Windows\Installer\874f674.ipi -2147287035 ) Contact
CUsers\...\AppData\Local\Temp\Setup00001a2c\PSS10R.CHM."
The help files never start and no file "pss10r.chm" does not exists. I have
given "everyone" permission to the temp file as described in solutions for
error 2203 with no success.
Any thoughts?
