Dr. W.E. Doynit describes and discusses, from a learners' view (ALV), conflicts of interest teachers have and school house corruption that result in rationing learning of students in those classrooms and lessons. These descriptions are meant as observations not accusations. Both appear fixable, in part, by applying ALV. Editing appears to have clarified the discussion....
