I edited a photo in Micorosoft Picture manager.
I went to colour, enhance colour, clicked on my photo to enchance it.
The photo turned really light in colour, which i dont like I also saved this
photo after I enhanced it.How do I recover the original photo ?

You dont, you overwrote it, unless you have a backup elsewhere

Retrieve the original from the camera. Unless you deleted it too. Then
you would need the backup copy you saved. Unless you neglected to save
one. If you ruined the only copy, well then you are left with having to
take another picture.
