Navigation across the network continues to be inconsistent. Works started in earnest today.

    Step One:
The layout of the primary and secondary menus on the WordPress side were outlined in a document.

    Primary navigation (not showing submenus)

    Front Page
    Lifestyles
    Science
    Sports
    Tech
    US & World
    Feedback

    Secondary Navigation
Site secondary navigation will match the submenu navigation on the primary.

    Example

Tech => What is New | Tech Companies | Tech OS | Tech Products | Tech Resources | Tech Questions

    Step Two:
Matching the XenForo navigation and WordPress navigation

    Notes
Work will be done by site ID

The primary navigation should now be the same for every blog on the WordPress side. This is built using the Networkwide Menu plugin.

Work on the front page reached a point that it was necessary to fix the primary navigation on the upper right corner of the communities. The CSS is still not correct for the communities side and coloring is off in the upper moderator bar. It's better, though.

The WP side is missing the third navigation line as well as a breadcrumb.

The server hit the limit for the number of WordPress menu items. This was fixed by increasing the number of max_input_vars to 3000 in the php.ini file.

    Blog 1 is now complete.

Work begins on Blog 2 (staff blog).

Primary & Secondary navigation are fine.
The widgets will need to be updated to reflect the linking to the community.

Your site is looking better with each visit this holiday season. Here are some notes I took.

    Overall look
    :
    1. Primary navigation on the XF side jumps on hovering.
    2. Primary navigation on the XF side does not have all the dropdowns.
    3. Mobile view is poor. The primary moves the main menu.
    4. Main navigation on XF side needs to be centered like the WP side.
    5. Are the fonts the same?
    6. Color & height of the moderator bar are different from the WP side.
    7. Third menu is missing on the WP side.
    8. Breadcrumb on WP side is not the same as on the XF side.
    9. Media link is missing on WP side main menu.
    10. Link hovers are different
    Blog 1:
    1. Look of featured forum does not match XF side
    2. Board Totals widget needs Reviews, Media, and Showcase totals
    3. TTFB is poor as well as GK News widget image dimensions missing
    4. Where is the "Online" widget?
    WP side comments
    1. Can the Comments Evolved plugin be removed?
    2. The comments area on the WP side should match the XF side.

    I agree !

It's past time to see two different navigations.
