My Last Post Responding To The Troll...

N

No Spam

Flightless Bird
First I would like to apologize to the rest of the newsgroup for getting
carried away responding to the "Alias" troll.

I will not reply to him/it no matter what posted, after all, never argue
with idiots, they drag you down to their level and beat you with
experience, or like the old saying, never wrestle with a pig, you both
get muddy, and the pig likes it.

Anyway...

So, Mr. or Mrs. alias, this will be my last post responding to you.

1. You have real attitude and communication problems.
I suggest seeking the opinion of a professional, may be testing for
Tourette Syndrome or anger issues.

2. You need to grow up, and learn how to disagree without dragging the
thread to personal attacks and flame wars.
You claim to be old and having grand children, I doubt that, but if
true, then you are stuck in your 2-4 grade years.

3. Linux is fabulous OS, no one questions that, but for the Desktop and
for the average user, it is not the right choice, and if you disagree
with this very well known fact, then you must be living in another
world.

4. Macs are overpriced, and in my opinion (that lots of others agree
with) are overrated.
They have no unique hardware of software to brag about, the only
advantage that they have over other platforms is their fanatic followers
who would like to pay more for less.

5. Today, companies like Microsoft, Intel, AMD, Adobe, ...etc are the
ones who set the standards, no matter how you or me or anyone else likes
or dislikes one of them or all of them.

6. Open source software, while the price is right and are nice to have,
do not, in most of the cases, come close to their commercial
counterparts, as explained earlier to you (and went flying over your
head) with given examples.

7. No one here is employed at Microsoft or something like that, so stop
being a child and posting those worn out conspiracy theories.

Finally, I suggest that you adjust your posting style and refrain from
flaming and personal attacks, and then claiming that you were attacked
when your flames were sent back to you.

This will be my last post directed to you.
Enjoy having the last word.

And to anyone else, thanks for reading this far.

That fits Alias to a tee. One thing though, Alias stays muddy all day long!

Alias lives in the only town on the planet where everyone uses Ubuntu,
nobody uses Windows. Even little old ladies all know about Ubuntu. The
streets are ubuntu brown and there is an Ubuntu cube spinning in every shop!
LOL!

I have used Open Sores Office a few times and it's about 10 years behind the
times. Open Sores software is usually written by volunteers working for no
pay.

Alias thinks that everyone who hates Linux is a Microsoft employee. I'll
bet if prisoners were allowed to post, he would say they work for Microsoft
also!

Depends on how much Hash Alias smoked during the day. If he is really
wacked out, the flames get very high and frequent.
Must be that $14k a week he claims to get from the tooth fairy! He doesn't
know what to do with all that imaginary cash.

You might have forgotten one thing:
Why does cody, aka alias live in spain?
That's easy...sheep...get the connection...spain-sheep...sheep-spain.
You can have one without the other (that's a song...right?).

You make some good points and attempt to make a few others that are a bit
far fetched. It's also worth pointing out that alias has a lot of help in
the persons of frankie and the yanaire's. If they were all gone, it would
indeed be a much nicer place.

Unfortunately, and as expected, most of the creeps/trolls/idiots from
the Vista groups have migrated here, though there are a few who haven't
found it yet.

Don't worry, they will get to this soon enough as this newsgroup gets
propagated to more servers. Of course, the trolls only stick around as
long as people respond to them. Unfortunately people will still respond
to them.

You are in the same boat as cody, aka alias is in. You are a lying linux
troll. You don't use Windows and its obvious that you're a FUD spreading
MS hater.
I on the other hand use only Windows OS's and I am not a FUD spreading
lying linux troll.
I will kick any lying linux trolls ass as much and as often as I can.
If you don't like it, then get the hell out of here...TROLL!

Actually, you're both wrong. This newsgroups is very poorly named. If
you want a real Windows7 support group, learn how to create it properly.

/comp.os./ instead of /alt./ for starters.

What don't you get about windows7.general? You have specific questions?
Maybe you should create alt.windows7.specific or alt.ubuntu.shit

So you just respond to me and Frank. Why don't you address all the points
that the OP talks about?
You too stupid?

Why do you think that would work? Incidentally, after a couple of posts
from one of the creeps I see their posts as quites in replies. The
killfile is your friend.

In general, just add them to your KILL FILTER, or if you use Gravity,
add them to your BOZO list and each time you refresh the groups you
won't see any of their posts.

I started adding anyone that spams, advocates crap, spews anti-OS any
vendor, posts off-topic mostly, to my bozo list and have found the
groups are very easy to navigate an monitor now.

If you use a real Usenet client and not a web interface it's very easy.

I use Agent, which IMO the best news client out there.
They are added in my kill file and it is growing.
In fact Alias has something of 3 sock puppets at least so far residing
in my kill file. :)
