Multisession CD-Rs in XP?

I've no experience of using the Windows XP CD-burning process. Does
it support multisession CD-Rs (can I use it to add new files to those
previously burned to a CD-R)? I've not been able to find any guidance
on this.

Very often the fastest and best answer can be obtained by trying it. That
applis here.
