The court ruled that WGA is a part of XP. BFD. It did not rule that it
or the EULA is conscionable or even address that. When they do that,
enjoy your wank but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

With Google's new high speed network, Microsoft will be treated to what
the ChromeOS can really do. I was wondering why they delayed the release
of ChromeOS. I don't wonder any more.

You *DUMB FUCK*, nor did any court ever rule that is was legal, or
conscionable or morally right for LT to make linux by backward

You're too stupid to understand the relevance of the courts decision.
Ignorance and arrogance are your forte.

Frank,
first of all nobody is interested und your interpretation of which court
ruled on which subject.
Second, if your major emphasis is to use hard swearing language (which can
be regarded as very primitive and not much above junior school), then just
don't post anymore articles, it only annoys others.

If you know that Frank uses language that you don't like then I suggest
getting some "self control" and avoiding those posts. We are dealing with
Alias, one of the forums most foul trolls who's main goal is to try and
convert everyone to that INFERIOR Ubuntu that nobody wants or needs.

Liar. You and Frank are the most foul mouthed trolls here, bar none.
Fact: NASA uses Linux. Fact: many governments use Linux. Fact: over 10
million home users run Ubuntu. Fact: you're a FUD spreading foul mouthed
nymshifting LIAR.

We are not talking about NASA using Linux. This forum is not a NASA forum.
This forum is for GENERAL questions about Windows 7. The name of the forum
even says that: alt.windows7.general. Maybe you just can't read. Most
people coming here are individual users concerned about their desktop
machines you idiot. Most large companies and governments have an IT
department which deals with OS and computer issues.

Damn, you are STUPID.

Sadly, it seems the only way to control Frank and Alias both is to killfile
them. Tried not to do it myself as I suspect they are both very talented but
to no avail.
Or, your method works too, you just have to scroll through a bunch of posts
that you know are trash.

Then why did you bring up Ubuntu? You bring it up more than anyone else.
Can't follow your own advice or what?

You don't believe that.

If they're really concerned, they will dump Windows for Linux.

Do you really think you're telling me something I don't already know.
That still doesn't change the fact that if you want a stable, precise,
malware free operating system, Windows isn't up to the task.

False. WGA is not mentioned once in the XP EULA as the EULA was written
long before WGA was deployed or created. If you still have XP, open
Windows Explorer/Help/About Windows XP/End User Agreement link.

Of course, after all your bleating and whining about off topic posts,
why the hell did you post an article about Windows XP in a Windows 7
newsgroup?

"In his denial, Judge Jones found that *WGA* was a part of Windows XP,
not some separate software. If it had been separate, plaintiffs had
argued, a strict interpretation of Microsoft's *EULA* should have
prevented it from being downloaded. The typical definition of spyware
(which may also be part of some states' legal definition) is that it
keeps itself hidden from its user; and the judge maintained WGA not only
announces its presence, but is part of Windows XP just like any other
component."

The article is about *WGA* and the *EULA*, both of which are a part of
Windows 7.
