MS Office 2007 - Reinstall on New Hard Drive

As I understand, Office 2007 (Home and Student) can only be installed once on
a computer. My hard drive crashed so I want to reinstall Office 2007 on a
new one. How can I do this and use all of it's features?

Retail Versions of Office 2007 Home and Student can be moved, OEM
versions may not. Which version do you have.
