MS Office 2007 Display

When Office 2007 was installed on my computer the displays (i.e., ribbon,
status bars, etc.) are way too large. It makes using Outlook almost
impossible. Is there a way to fix this? 2003 is also installed but displays
appropriately. Help!

The ribbon is large. It can be minimized to nothingness. The user
interface in Office 2007 is completely different than that in 2003. There
are downloadable add-ins that will allow 2003 type menus.

In 2007, you can minimize the Ribbon by:

To quickly minimize the Ribbon, double-click the name of the active tab.
Double-click a tab again to restore the Ribbon.

Keyboard shortcut - To minimize or restore the Ribbon, press CTRL+F1.

Or a bit more arkward:

Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar .
In the list, click Minimize the Ribbon.

In 2010, Far right, next to question mark help icon - small up or down
looking icon to minimize or restore.
