Is there an MS-Newsgroup dedicated to HTML/CSS coding? If so, can someone
please tell me how to locate it?

If no MS-Newsgroup for HTML/CSS, can anyone please recommend a free site
that runs like an MS-Newsgroup where you can post questions for assistance?
