Guys, the original question was about converting from 2003 to 2007. In
that situation, the conversion is one-way, at least according to the
info I had at the time I converted my data over. Converting between
2010 and 2007 may be a two-way street, but the 2003->2007 move is one
way only. Therefore, I recommend making a COMPLETE backup of
everything in your OneNote files BEFORE doing any conversion from 2003
format, just in case.
