Please forgive my ignorance, I don't know how to ask this any other way. I
have used MS Office Products in various administrative positions for the past
10 years and think it's time to get certified. I can't afford the exam
training software. My question is: are these tests hands-on like you would
take when applying for a job or is it multiple choice type questions? That
will let me know how to best prepare. Thank you for your help!!
