That is what I am suspecting...
KB307545 does not equal System Restore, and if somebody needs
convincing, I can do that too!
The KB things has been duly noted, but I don't see how ~ or @ comes
into play with KB307545. I have never used those keys with that KB,
but I have not quite seen everything.
